Austin Moore focuses his practice on commercial, managed care, and intellectual property litigation. Austin meets clients’ goals through attention to detail and prudent advocacy.
Austin provides counsel to clients ranging from publicly traded companies to individuals, in matters ranging from copyright and trademark disputes, breach of contract litigation, employment and non-compete issues, managed care litigation, shareholder issues, and other business and corporate disputes.
Prior to joining Riley Warnock & Jacobson, PLC he served as a law clerk in Nashville for the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers of the Sixth Circuit Court for the 20th Judicial District of Tennessee.
Austin graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where he was the recipient of the award of Excellence in Oral Advocacy, staff editor for the Journal of Law and Policy, and distinguished with highest honors for his oral argument before the Illinois Court of Appeals on behalf of a group of local farmers. Prior to attending law school, Austin worked for the Chairman of the House of Representatives’ Business and Utilities Committee of the Tennessee General Assembly. Austin graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in Political Science and History where he was captain of the rugby team and received second team All-SEC honors his senior season.
Austin is currently on the board for the Nashville Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and co-chairs the CLE Committee.
